Useful Delivery Information
Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (excluding weekends / public holidays). All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail.

If you would like to place an order for delivery out with the UK please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help
*Although we aim to get your order to you within the estimated timeframes, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out with our control (e.g adverse weather conditions / industrial strike action by our delivery partners).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to arrive.
At the moment, we only ship to the UK. If you would like to place an order for delivery out with the UK please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.
We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day.
For orders placed with Standard UK delivery please allow 2 - 4 working days for your order to arrive.
Useful Returns Information
We hope you will love your order from lovescottishcandles. If you are not happy with your product(s) or your order has arrived damaged then please contact us via email: email@example.com.
You may return your item within 21 days of purchase. A full refund for the product alone will be arranged on us receiving the item back. You will need to return the item at your own cost. Please can you package up the product carefully and put the senders details on the packet.
For damaged goods if a replacement is available this will be shipped on receipt of the damaged item. Please obtain you proof of postage until we have confirmed the item has been returned.
Orders should be returned to the address below. Please include a note which highlights the reason for the return and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
