Alona founded Sun Dandelion. Today we run Love Scottish together as a family in Narborough, Leicestershire, near Leicester. Our cats share our home, our routines and the small moments that make life feel good.

Alona founded Sun Dandelion in Ukraine in April 2020. When war began, she had to leave home with her son Maks. They came to the UK, where Alona met Artur. Today we run Love Scottish together as one big family. Roman, Alona’s former partner and Maks’s dad, remains part of our wider family story.
Alona founded our cattery in Ukraine through PFC “Pan Kotskyi”. Providing proof of a champion title was part of establishing Sun Dandelion there. From the beginning, she wanted our cats to grow up in an affectionate home.
Alona fled the war with her son Maks and began a new life in the UK.
Alona and Artur met in the UK. Love Scottish became part of the home and family life we built together, with our cats sharing our everyday routines.
We care about health information, temperament, socialisation and responsible pairing. We want every family to feel supported long after their kitten comes home.
We share a belief in learning, building with care and helping each other move forward. Alongside Love Scottish, Artur’s Japan Motor Hub (JMH) is another part of our family’s way of life. Roman, Maks’s dad, is part of our story too. We support him through the personal Help Roman initiative.
Our cats, our garden, our own camera. The small, unposed moments we love about sharing our home with them.
Studio portraits show form and beauty. Everyday photographs show character. We need both.
